We offer a flat-rate pricing of $25.00 per hour on our Deep/Initial Cleaning and on our one time residential cleaning (Move In/Out Service). A single family home between 1100 to 1900 square feet can be detailed cleaned in approximently 4 to 6 hours. A larger family home between 2000 to 2900 square feet can be detailed cleaned in approximently 7 to 9 hours. A Custom Home/Estate Home that are 3000 and higher square feet can be detailed cleaned in approximently 10 to 12 hours.

REGULAR CLEANING PRICES:

A.   Studio              = $75.00

B.  1 Bedroom     = $100.00

C.  2 Bedrooms  = $125.00

D.  3 Bedrooms  = $150.00

E.  4 Bedrooms  = $175.00

F.  5 Bedrooms  = $200.00

* Home Office and Family Room can be considered a Bedroom.
